Through our commitment, we make a significant contribution to our customers’ success: We support them with future-proof, competitive tools with high productivity. With our ongoing developments and continuous optimizations, we strive for 100 percent availability, zero scrap, and the fastest possible cycle times.

Quality assurance

Before testing quality, we ensure its production. Our contour parts are finished using state-of-the-art 5-axis machining centers and the latest EDM technology. We measure important features on the machine for checking purposes and also fully optically measure our graphite electrodes before using them on our contour parts.

Each finished contour part undergoes 100% measurement using the following equipment:

  • Temperature-controlled CMM room
  • Optical measuring system (Laser scanner)

In our daily ‘Quality’ shop floor meeting, we evaluate all deviations and regularly analyze their causes to derive measures for process optimization. Upon request, we can also provide our customers with measurement reports for cast parts in accordance with VDA 2.
